1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals.

  • Certain items (e.g., software, opened consumables, clearance products) are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or wrongly delivered.

  • Returned items will be inspected before approval.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.

4. Replacements & Exchanges

  • Replacement depends on product availability.

  • If unavailable, a refund will be issued.

5. Warranty Support

  • Products covered under manufacturer warranty must be claimed directly with the brand.
